Young offender institutions in Wales

Canllawiau Ar Gyfer Sefydliadau Troseddwyr Ifanc Yng Nghymru

To protect the identity of Welsh learners in Young Offender Institutions, secure administrative processes are being established between Department for Education and Skills (DfES) and the Learning Records Service (LRS).

In the meantime, these institutions should not register learners for Unique Learner Numbers (ULNs). You will be advised as soon as this position changes when further guidance will be provided.
