Batch Toolkit and Registration Batch Interface Specification

If your MIS is not capable of communicating directly with the Learning Records Service (LRS), you may register learners using Batch files.

The Batch Toolkit includes the following documents which will help you produce and upload your batch file, as well as dealing with any exceptions:

• Latest Batch Interface Specification (PDF, 493Kb): this technical document describes the fields and the content
• Schemas (Zip, 19Kb): will help produce the batch file
• CSV file template (Excel, 23Kb): the template uses Microsoft Excel
• Key sections about batches in the Learner Register User Guide (PDF, 10.4Mb):
