Privacy Notices
The
standard Privacy Notice (PDF, 83Kb) for providers, schools, colleges and training establishments. This document has:
- A short version, which can be used in literature such as enrolment forms
- An extended version for providers to use in accompanying materials to supplement college and provider application, registration and enrolment forms
How learners can opt-out of sharing their Personal Learning Record data
Learners may choose not to share their PLR data and can opt-out:
- As part the enrolment process with their learning provider.
- By contacting the LRS Customer Helpdesk on 0845 602 2589. They will need to provide some personal details to confirm their identify, which may include their Unique Learner Number (ULN), if known.
