Change/update forms for Organisation and Super User details
It may be necessary for you to inform the Learning Records Service about changes to your organisation.
You may need to change your Super User, if the current Super User is unable to perform their responsibilities of administrating users within their organisation. This may be because they have left the organisation or changed roles. In this case, it is important that you complete and return the relevant form: Change of Super User Form.
If you:
- Change organisation name
- Change your UKPRN
- Merge with another organisation
it is important that you complete the Organisation Details Amendment Form.
If you change your UKPRN, for whatever reason, you must also sign and return a new Learning Provider Agreement.
