Registration forms

To begin using the Learner Register, your organisation needs to register. The following form and agreement need to be completed, signed and returned to the Learning Records Service. 

If your organisation sub-contracts or is part of a consortium, the lead organisation needs to register with us.  They are then responsible for setting up and maintaining all users that require access.   

All organisations wishing to register should have a UKPRN which is obtained upon registration with the UK Register of Learning Providers – http://www.ukrlp.co.uk.

Learning Provider Agreement (Word, 208Kb)

This is a statement of the contractual terms, conditions and obligations. Pages 1 and 13 of the Agreement MUST be completed and it MUST be signed by a Principal, Director or equivalent – please refer to Appendix C of the Agreement for more options. Your registration will not be processed until the agreement is correctly authorised.

Please note: This Agreement also requires all users of the LRS to accept the terms of the User Agreement which details their responsibilities and commits them to using the system and associated data in an appropriate manner.

Changes to the Learning Provider Agreement

Please check from time-to-time for any Learning Provider Agreement - Modifications Summary (PDF, 98Kb). Your use of the Learner Register Secure Portal following fourteen (14) days after the uploading of the notification on the Website of any changes to this Learning Provider Agreement shall constitute your acceptance of the changes.

Organisation Registration Form

This form is required to nominate your initial Super User. The details of the organisation wishing to register should be entered in Section 1.  These details should match those on the UKRLP. 

The details of the new Super User should be entered into Section 2. This individual will be responsible for the administration of all other users.  We recommend that the initial Super User sets up at least 2 further Super Users.
